Terms and Conditions Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services of Stavya Interior (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services. Services Stavya Interior provides interior design consultation, planning, execution, and related services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are defined in our client agreement or proposal shared before project initiation. Booking and Payment - A project is considered booked only after receiving a signed agreement and initial advance payment. - Payment milestones are predefined and must be honored to ensure uninterrupted progress. - Late payments may result in delayed execution or additional charges. Design Ownership - Design concepts and drawings remain the intellectual property of Stavya Interior until the project is fully paid. - Unauthorized use or duplication of our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited. Modifications and Cancellations - Any changes to agreed designs or scope must be documented and may lead to additional charges. - Project cancellation by the client may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance based on work completed. Warranties and Liabilities - We work with trusted vendors and contractors but are not liable for delays or defects caused by third parties. - Any issues must be reported within 7 days of project completion to be eligible for rectification.
